  • Answer client phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm consultations, client meetings, and case follow-up appointments.
  • Provide basic case status updates to clients as instructed by attorneys or case managers.
  • Collect and organize client documents, ensuring proper filing and confidentiality.
  • Enter and update client information into the law firm’s case management system.
  • Send reminders to clients for appointments, missing documents, or payments.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and assist with printing, scanning, and mailing of legal documents.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for visiting clients.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to check on client satisfaction and request feedback or reviews,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,567.20 - ₹25,605.22 per month
