Customer Representative

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Representative to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer messages on our Instagram accounts, handling client bookings, and conducting influencer outreach according to our set criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on Instagram DM
• Schedule and confirm client bookings efficiently
• Conduct daily influencer outreach based on provided guidelines and criteria
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a helpful and polite tone
• Communicate with the team if any issues or escalations arise during the shift

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer support or social media handling is preferred
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
