Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Base) + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage prospective and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and pricing structures
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Log all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
• Address inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sales Drive: Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with strong resolution skills
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Availability: Must be available for the full night shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)
