Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into lasting client relationships.
• Re-engage inactive customers and manage "dead" accounts to boost sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development (FMCG experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
