Customer Sales Representative – Final Expense Campaign

Location:

Bahria Town Rawalpindi (On-site)

Night shift required (for US-based campaign)

Salary & Compensation:

Basic salary: PKR 75,000 to 100,000 /- per month

Plus attractive performance-based commission/incentives

About the Role:

You will join our sales team working on a US-based “Final Expense” campaign. In this role, you will interact with prospects, promote and sell final expense insurance products, and drive conversions. Your focus is on delivering excellent customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls (and/or handle inbound transfers) to US-based leads who have expressed interest in final expense.

Present and explain final expense policies in clear, persuasive, empathetic language.

Identify and assess customers’ needs, answer their questions, handle objections, and guide them to purchase decisions.

Accurately record interactions, update CRM or logging systems with lead status, outcomes, and follow-ups.

Meet or exceed established KPIs and monthly sales quotas.

Maintain high quality of service and compliance with campaign guidelines, policies and script requirements.

Maintain a professional phone presence with a neutral or American accent (preferred) and strong English communication.

Work collaboratively with team leads, quality assurance and operations to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient English-speaking, preferably with neutral or American accent.

Strong verbal communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Comfortable working night shift.

Comfortable working in a call-centre/BPO environment, target-driven.

6 months to 1 year sales experience (preferably in final expense or US-campaigns) is an advantage.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.

Ideally located in or able to commute to Rawalpindi/Islamabad region for in-office work.
