JD – Customer Service Agent
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries through the APP, incoming calls, emails, and other channels, and provide timely and accurate responses.
2. Regularly communicate with business teams and summarize common customer feedback, forming improvement plans for business optimization.
Job Requirements:
1. Age 20–30, junior high school education or above.
2. Good analytical judgment and communication skills; willing to make calls to customers.
3. Familiar with Excel, Word, and other office software.
4. Able to accept shift work schedules.
