Maintain updated knowledge of mall services, amenities, store locations, and ongoing or upcoming promotions.

Ensure daily operations of the Customer Service Desk run smoothly under guidance of the Supervisor and Team Leader.

Assist customers in person or over the phone by providing clear directions, event information, and general support.

Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously, following established policies and service-level agreements.

Execute the Gift Card program, ensuring accurate handling of payments and compliance with policies.

Support the delivery of promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

Keep records of inquiries, complaints, and service performance for continuous improvement.

Promote a professional and welcoming environment that enhances the mall s reputation for service excellence.
