Role Overview

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the voice of Love Pangolin—handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, social media & phone
  • Manage order updates, returns, exchanges, refunds & tracking
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely resolution
  • Understand product specs (fits, fabrics, sizing) to guide customers
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring issues
  • Contribute to improving service SOPs and customer journey

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer support (D2C clothing/fashion preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Good understanding of clothing terminology, sizing, and fabric types
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar CRMs
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
