Customer Service Executive

C3X International Couriers LLC is a fast growing courier service company in Dubai, specializing in reliable and efficient delivery services Domestic and International. We deliver seamless and timely service solutions to a diverse clientele across multiple sectors. To strengthen our team, we seek a Customer Service Executive with direct experience in the courier industry to drive superior customer interactions and support our service standards.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are managed with precision and professionalism. This role demands an individual with prior experience in the courier sector, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the capability to navigate and resolve complex service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary representative for customer inquiries, managing communication through phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, especially around shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and service issues.
  • Coordinate closely with our operations, logistics, and field teams to deliver accurate, real-time information to customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our CRM for seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and escalate feedback to management to support our continuous improvement goals.
  • Provide updates on shipping status and collaborate with customers on alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the courier or logistics industry. (Freshers can also apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Tagalog, Arabic (is a plus) , with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Office and familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and shipment tracking systems; familiarity with customer follow up etc.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
