Customer Service Executive

Qualification :

  • B.E Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical;
  • BBA / MBA

Experience :

Minimum 1 year

Job Description :

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner to sustain the business.
  • Meet with the customers at risk, satisfy them and resolve their queries on priority.
  • Coordinate with internal team for supplying of parts & equipment to resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Timely submit financial quotation with proper payment terms and maintain accuracy in workorder.
  • Convince customers for after sales service agreement to boost the business.
  • Analyze customer services related information and evaluate results to choose the best resolutions to customer service challenges and to identify opportunities to improve customer services.
  • Design and analyze statistics, compile accurate report and present to the Management in matters of customers issues and problem solving.
  • Ensure and coordinate with engineering and sales staff for all assigned responsibility for smooth operation and to handle customer’s complaints timely.
  • Ensure warranty matters, service contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Regular follow-up with customers regarding issues / complaints until it is resolved.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Suggest opportunities to add value beyond problem resolution to relevant business areas e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product Development, etc.
  • Meet with all concerned and discuss possible improvements to make the customer service better.
  • To carry out any other assignment as maybe entrusted by the Departmental Head.
