1. Receiving Client Instructions from Relationship Manager.
2. Maintain records of the documents received and submit the same to the Mid Office.
3. Liaise with customers to resolve the service issues on behalf of the managers.
4. Follow with Mid Office and Operations till the execution of the request.
5. To undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by the supervisor/manager.
6. Provide support to Managers / RMs in lead generation.
7. Ensure fast & effective turnaround time for client servicing.
