Customer Service Representative – International Campaign USA Market

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our International Campaign (USA Market). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to U.S.-based customers while adhering to international quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Location: DHA PHASE 8,Lahore (On-site)

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (PKT) | U.S. Night ShiftKey

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including CSAT, AHT, and FCR
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Ensure strict compliance with U.S. quality standards, data security, and confidentiality policies
  • Follow company SOPs and customer service best practicesRequirements
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center operations (preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and customer-centric approach
