Duties & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients and members.
- Generate leads by effectively communicating the value propositions of The Hive’s coworking spaces.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to prospective clients about our services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in scheduling tours and meetings for prospective clients with the Community and Sales teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform feedback calling for leads that are either lost or won, gathering insights to improve service and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Fluency in English is required.
