Customer Services Representative

Islamabad, Pakistan

Duties & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients and members.
  • Generate leads by effectively communicating the value propositions of The Hive’s coworking spaces.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to prospective clients about our services, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist in scheduling tours and meetings for prospective clients with the Community and Sales teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform feedback calling for leads that are either lost or won, gathering insights to improve service and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Fluency in English is required.
