Customer Suport Executive (Inbound Campaign)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer calls, resolve inquiries efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous call center experience is a plus (Fresh candidates may also apply)

Working Hours

9:00 pm - 5:00 am (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
