Customer Support Executive

Malappuram, India

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Assist in processing orders, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, IT, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards.
  • Support in continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring customer issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
