Customer Support Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for experienced Call Center Representatives. (Night Shift)

If you have a call center background, a British or American accent, it will be considered a plus (females are encouraged to apply).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments
  • Efficiently Respondent to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Verify and collect accurate information
  • Sending out emails and texts
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
  • Record Keeping Related to calls.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, and good written skills.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with excel good typing skills
  • Active listener
  • Night Shift (Pick & drop services will be provided by company)
  • Preferably should have 1-2+ years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
