Job Description:
Rex D is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide real-time support to our customers via chat. You will assist with product inquiries, order status, account issues, and troubleshooting while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support via chat
• Assist customers with product, order, and account inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and company updates

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s/Graduate preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software & MS Office (Excel) is a bonus
