Requirements:
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
