Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns.
- Provide guidance and support to customers navigating our e-commerce store.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce stores and a strong understanding of the online shopping process.
- Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for customer communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work during the shift timings of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position ranges between 18,000 to 30,000 PKR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
