Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client in Karachi

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 am

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Industry: AI / Fintech

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account access, application functionality, billing inquiries, and feature usage.
  • Escalate technical issues and bugs to the engineering team with clear and reproducible details.
  • Maintain and update help documentation, FAQs, and standard responses as the product evolves.
  • Monitor recurring issues and share insights with the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist users with onboarding, account setup, and adoption of key product features.
  • Follow up with users after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and proper closure.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, help desk, or a similar user-facing role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear, concise, and professional tone.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions effectively.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when assisting users, especially in challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document issues and follow through on resolutions.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools and navigating technical products.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
