We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client in Karachi
Job Type: Full-time, onsite
Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 am
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account access, application functionality, billing inquiries, and feature usage.
- Escalate technical issues and bugs to the engineering team with clear and reproducible details.
- Maintain and update help documentation, FAQs, and standard responses as the product evolves.
- Monitor recurring issues and share insights with the product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
- Assist users with onboarding, account setup, and adoption of key product features.
- Follow up with users after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and proper closure.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, help desk, or a similar user-facing role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear, concise, and professional tone.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions effectively.
- Empathetic and patient approach when assisting users, especially in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document issues and follow through on resolutions.
- Comfortable learning new software tools and navigating technical products.
- Well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
