Data Analytics Lead - Marketing

Job Title: Data Analytics Lead - Marketing

Department: Marketing

Location: Head Office - Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To drive data-led decision making by analyzing consumer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendations that support growth for Domino’s Pizza Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer segments, sales, and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Generate regular dashboards and reports (Sales, Transactions, Frequency, Recency, Cohorts, and Campaign Performance).
  • Support marketing and CRM team with consumer insights, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
  • Track performance of promotions, sales channels, and new initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights and analysis.
  • Simplify complex data into clear business insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, or business intelligence (FMCG/QSR preferred).
  • Strong command of Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
