We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and responsible Data Entry & Admin Support professional to manage email communications, support administrative tasks, and interact with clients and third parties in a formal and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email Communication Management
- Read, understand, and professionally respond to client and third-party emails.
- Accurately address queries regarding services, clients, and project updates.
- Escalate important issues to relevant team members promptly.
Client & Third-Party Interaction
- Handle incoming calls and provide professional responses.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and service partners regarding ongoing work.
- Maintain a courteous and confident tone in all verbal and written interactions.
Documentation & Summarization
- Read and summarize complex English documents (100+ pages where required).
- Draft formal correspondence, letters, and internal reports.
Administrative & Data Entry Support
- Assist with daily office operations and project-related tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records and documentation.
- Organize digital and physical files and track important deadlines.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
MS Office and Excel Proficiency
- Create and manage spreadsheets for project data and internal reporting.
- Use MS Word for document preparation and MS Outlook for emails and scheduling.
Web Research and Browsing
- Conduct targeted internet research and present relevant findings.
- Stay informed on industry topics and support the team with timely information.
Task & Time Management
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Represent the company in a polite and professional manner in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of education (BA (Hons), BBA, BS, MA, MBA or equivalent from a recognized institution).
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and comprehension).
- Strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable reading and summarizing detailed English documents.
- Skilled in internet research and web-based tools.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
Preferred
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or client communication roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking software.
Office Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
