Dental Assistant with Coronal Polishing

We are a pediatric dental office that is looking for a dental assistant, preferably with a coronal polishing certificate, that is ready to provide an elevated level of service to patients. We are a young practice having opened just three years ago. We are a very intentional practice that focuses not only on how to provide exceptional dental care, but also works endlessly to maintain a top-notch office culture in order to positively impact your work experience and also patient care. We also want to be able to serve our referring doctors well! We will work and train hard, but want to balance that grit with a lot of fun with patients and teammates!

We are looking for someone to ensure a comforting and safe experience for patients and their families when they enter our practice for treatment, as you will be working with the patient chairside. We require that you have a helpful attitude towards the doctor so that they can more efficiently and safely treat their patients. You will be helping to run the operations of the back office, but may be asked to work with patients and their families in the front office on occasion as the schedule allows. As the office becomes busier, you will work with patients predominantly chairside and more teammates will be added to the office.

Please be ready and willing for us to invest in you as an individual! Not only will we train with our staff in-office, but also attend courses and seminars to expand our knowledge, and take CPR class as a team every two years. We believe in regularly getting out of the office as a team to strengthen our bond.
