Your Role
As our Dental Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our practice — ensuring the office operates smoothly, patients are well cared for, and staff are supported and empowered. Your leadership will help drive an exceptional standard of care and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations: scheduling, patient communications, and records management
  • Train, support, and lead front desk and administrative staff
  • Streamline workflows using advanced systems and technologies
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sterilization protocols
  • Facilitate clear communication between clinical and administrative teams
  • Manage inventory and supply orders for seamless clinical support
  • Oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting with accuracy
  • Stay up-to-date on dental terminology, practices, and procedures, especially in general dentistry and prosthodontics

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar role)
  • In-depth knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with dental management software (scheduling, billing, EHR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
