Digital Content Lead

We’re looking for a Content Lead who knows how to turn existing material into viral, high-performing social content. This role focuses on repackaging and optimising existing assets (post production), to maximise reach, engagement, and audience growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically recreate and adapt existing content (videos, clips, visuals, and posts) for different social media platforms.

• Identify trending formats, styles, and hooks to repurpose existing content into engaging short-form videos, reels, or posts.

• Manage a consistent content calendar focused on growth, virality, and organic engagement.

• Edit, caption, and refine content to ensure it’s visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with audience behaviour.

• Track performance metrics, identify high-performing formats, and adjust strategy to improve engagement.

• Stay updated on current digital trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences, especially in the U.S. market.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a unified content strategy and brand voice.

Requirements

• Experience in repurposing or editing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Proven track record of creating or managing content that achieved viral reach and engagement.

• Strong creative instincts, able to transform ordinary clips or visuals into attention-grabbing, shareable content.

• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and hooks.

• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse engagement metrics and iterate quickly.

• Deep understanding of U.S. digital trends, humor, and audience preferences.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
