Digital (Growth) Marketing Manager (B2B Lead Generation – SEO & LinkedIn Focus)

EmpireOne BPO Solutions is a fast-growing B2B outsourcing company helping businesses scale through high-quality back-office, customer support, and operational solutions.

We are now looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital marketing effortsfocused on generating qualified leads, not just traffic or engagement.

Role Overview

This is not a typical marketing role.

We are looking for someone who can strategize AND execute—someone who understands the full B2B funnel and can build a predictable pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through SEO, LinkedIn, and conversion-focused marketing.

You will own the entire digital growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Lead Generation (Primary KPI)

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy
  • ⁠ ⁠Generate qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) for BPO services
  • ⁠ ⁠Optimize acquisition channels for cost per lead and conversion rates

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct high-intent keyword research (service-based, buyer intent)
  • ⁠ ⁠Build and execute SEO content strategy (landing pages, blogs, pillar pages)
  • ⁠ ⁠Optimize website for:

- On-page SEO (titles, structure, internal linking)

- Technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • ⁠ ⁠Track rankings and continuously improve organic performance

Website & Conversion Optimization

⁠ ⁠Optimize website for lead conversion (not just traffic)

⁠ ⁠Create and improve:

* Landing pages

* Lead capture forms

* Calls-to-action (CTAs)

⁠ ⁠Implement A/B testing strategies

⁠ ⁠Build and optimize lead magnets (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, ROI calculators)

LinkedIn Growth & B2B Outreach

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy (company + founder-led)
  • ⁠ ⁠Create content targeting decision-makers (CEOs, founders, ops leaders)
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage organic + outbound LinkedIn lead generation
  • ⁠ ⁠Build scalable outreach systems (without spam tactics)
  • ⁠ ⁠Track and optimize LinkedIn-driven leads

Analytics & Performance Tracking

⁠ ⁠Track and report on:

  • * Traffic → leads → conversions
  • * Cost per lead (CPL)
  • * Funnel performance

⁠ ⁠Use tools like:

  • * Google Analytics (GA4)
  • * CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • * Attribution tools

⁠ ⁠Continuously optimize based on data

Marketing Systems & Automation

⁠ ⁠Set up and manage:

  • * Email sequences / nurturing flows
  • * CRM pipelines
  • * Lead scoring systems

⁠ ⁠Integrate marketing tools and ensure proper tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience

  • ⁠ ⁠3–7 years in B2B digital marketing / growth / demand generation

⁠ ⁠Proven track record of:

  • * Generating qualified leads (not vanity metrics)
  • * Scaling inbound channels (SEO, content, LinkedIn)

⁠ ⁠Experience marketing services, SaaS, or outsourcing businesses

Strategic Thinking + Execution

  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to design end-to-end marketing funnels
  • ⁠ ⁠Hands-on execution mindset (not just managing agencies)
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of buyer journey in B2B

SEO Expertise (Must-Have)

  • ⁠ ⁠Keyword research focused on commercial intent
  • ⁠ ⁠On-page and technical SEO knowledge

⁠ ⁠Experience with tools:

* Ahrefs / SEMrush

* Google Search Console

* Screaming Frog (or similar)

⁠ ⁠Ability to plan and guide content creation

LinkedIn & B2B Marketing

⁠ ⁠Experience growing LinkedIn presence for B2B brands

⁠ ⁠Understanding of:

  • * Founder-led content strategy
  • * LinkedIn outbound systems
  • * Audience targeting (decision-makers)

Technical & Tools Expertise

You should be comfortable working with:

⁠ ⁠Analytics & Tracking

  • * Google Analytics (GA4)
  • * Google Tag Manager
  • * Conversion tracking setup

⁠ ⁠CRM & Automation

  • * HubSpot / Salesforce / similar
  • * Email automation tools

⁠ ⁠Website Platforms

  • * WordPress / Webflow / similar CMS
  • * Basic HTML/CSS understanding (not developer-level, but practical)

⁠ ⁠Other Tools (Nice to Have)

  • * Zapier / automation tools
  • * Heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity)
  • * A/B testing tools

Content & Messaging

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of B2B messaging

⁠ ⁠Ability to create or guide:

  • * Landing page copy
  • * SEO content
  • * LinkedIn posts

⁠ ⁠Focus on conversion-driven content, not fluff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs278,710.70 - Rs418,066.05 per month
