Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the NGO’s mission, programs, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, and online fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, donor engagement, and community outreach.
• Manage all digital channels including website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns for awareness, fundraising, and event promotion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Collaborate with program and communications teams to create engaging content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.).
• Manage online advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Maintain and update the organization’s website and ensure it aligns with brand and communication goals.
• Build and nurture an online community around the NGO’s mission and activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage online donation platforms and track donor conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and project management skills.
• Passion for social impact and understanding of NGO work in Pakistan.

Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 per month.
