About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with 5–7
years of experience to lead the execution of our communication strategies and
marketing campaigns. You will be managing multiple stakeholders, driving
integrated campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse
communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute annual communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee 4 external agencies, providing briefs, guiding strategies, and managing campaign calendars.

Develop and manage internal communication programs and content calendars.

Implement tailored strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email, and owned channels.

Lead the planning and execution of Ramadan and Eid campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.

Drive GTM and execution plans for major campaigns (e.g.summer launch), coordinating with creative directors, campaign directors, production houses, and managing the in-house approvals cycle.

Work closely with product marketing, performance marketing, multimedia design, moderation, operations/customer success, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Job Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech.

Proven track record of managing agencies and executing multi-channel campaigns.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Experience in seasonal and culturally significant campaign execution.

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
