Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator

CrecenTech is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who understands the technical ecosystem of digital marketing and can lead projects, teams, and client relationships with authority.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a comprehensive "Big Picture" understanding of digital marketing. While this is not a specialist role (e.g., you are not required to be a dedicated PPC or Meta Ads expert), you must have deep conceptual and technical knowledge of these platforms to align teams, optimize workflows, and strategically consult with clients.

Key Responsibilities (JD):

  • Operations & Process Management: Set up, streamline, and manage internal marketing workflows and SOPs to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the strategy for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring SEO, Social Media, and Paid Media efforts are integrated and goal-oriented.
  • Technical Client Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients; present reports and convince stakeholders of strategic directions using data-backed logic.
  • Advanced Research: Lead high-level keyword research, competitive analysis, and market audits using industry-standard tools.
  • Team Alignment: Monitor specialist teams (PPC, SEO, Content) to ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Performance Auditing: Regularly audit campaign health via Google Search Console and Analytics to identify bottlenecks in the digital transformation process.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of core experience within a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strategic Knowledge: Solid understanding of PPC (Google & Meta Ads), Digital Transformation, Website Development, and Business Profile Management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics and industry relevant tools and platforms.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles and align cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional technical convincing skills and the ability to explain complex marketing concepts to diverse audiences.

Candidate Expectations (Interview Phase):

  • Portfolio: Candidates must be prepared to showcase past achievements, managed client portfolios, and specific success stories.
  • Technical Authority: You must demonstrate a deep understanding of how and why specific digital strategies succeed in various markets.
  • Process Design: Be ready to discuss how you have previously structured teams or optimized operations in an agency environment.

Job Location: Link Road Model Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (5 days a week)
