Digital Marketing Specialist

Progressive Resource Group is a growing BPO, Recruitment, and Medical Billing company committed to delivering exceptional solutions for clients worldwide. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with around 3 years of experience to join our team and drive impactful online campaigns that generate leads, build brand visibility, and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and content marketing).
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page/off-page strategies to improve search rankings.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with brand voice.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions, engagement).
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of spend and maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
