Salary Range- $55,000 - $65,000

Are you a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist looking for your next exciting opportunity? Four Corners Community Bank, a trusted and vibrant community bank in northwest New Mexico, is seeking a talented individual to join our team.

About the Role: As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our advertising and marketing efforts. The role’s responsibilities include:

• Managing social media channels and maintaining brand consistency

• Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns

• Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and CTV advertising

• Supporting website monitoring, updates, and SEO/GEO strategies

• Creating engaging content for organic social and SEO/GEO marketing

• Researching target audiences and analyzing campaign performance

• Designing flyers, graphics, brochures, and other in-house marketing materials

• Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on digital marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A high-energy individual with a passion for creativity and community engagement.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and analytics tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills
• Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
