Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, and others)

Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the best performance

Develop clear strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media accounts

Create and implement lead generation strategies while optimizing cost per lead

Analyze data and prepare detailed performance reports for management

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness

Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce effective marketing materials

Manage internal communication between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Management) to ensure message alignment and integration

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:
