Digital Product Manager (Mashreq Global Network Pakistan)

Job Purpose


We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts across digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive growth, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Lead in delivering targets on engagement, acquisition and usage across transactions and service for Emirati Customers.

  1. Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies across paid channels such as PPC (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), programmatic, and display.
  2. Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, launching, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
  3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
  4. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize customer acquisition while maintaining CPA and ROAS targets.
  6. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  8. Prepare regular reports and present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B tests and other optimization tactics to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Work effectively with marketing, analytics, product, and sales teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Communicate campaign progress and insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Identify and evaluate new digital acquisition channels.
  • Implement innovative strategies and tools to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Compliance & Brand Safety
  • Ensure all digital acquisition activities comply with legal regulations and company brand guidelines.
  • Maintain data privacy and ethical marketing practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on campaign performance.

Maintain documentation of strategies, testing results, and lessons learned


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition at scale with a focus on ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
