E-Commerce Customer support specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Handle follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Must reside in or near Islamabad (E-11) with reliable transport.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to learn customer service tools quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
