Role Overview

We are seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Elite Property Advisor to join our top-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury property market, exceptional client service skills, and a proven track record in high-value transactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through every stage of the property acquisition or sale process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent elite residential and commercial properties to affluent local and international clients
  • Conduct private viewings and deliver personalized property consultations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
  • Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or prime real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a strong asset
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Professional demeanor, client-focused approach, and high ethical standards
