Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Elite Property Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in luxury property sales, strong market insight, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent premium residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
• Provide expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal procedures
• Conduct high-level property viewings, negotiations, and closings with discretion and professionalism
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Promote listings through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and exclusive events
• Stay informed about luxury market dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury or high-value real estate sales
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are highly desirable
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-profile clients
