Enterprise Development Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Development Director to lead business growth initiatives, expand partnerships, and drive enterprise-level opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying new markets, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships to support long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise growth and business development strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and high-value business deals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance
  • Drive expansion into new regions, sectors, or enterprise accounts
  • Manage and mentor business development teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD3,700.000 per month

Work Location: In person
