Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Development Director to lead business growth initiatives, expand partnerships, and drive enterprise-level opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying new markets, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships to support long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise growth and business development strategies
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and high-value business deals
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance
- Drive expansion into new regions, sectors, or enterprise accounts
- Manage and mentor business development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
