Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated ERP Support Executive to provide day-to-day support for our ERP system, assist users, and ensure smooth system operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues
• Assist users with ERP navigation and processes
• Maintain user access, roles, and basic configurations
• Prepare basic reports and support data accuracy
• Document issues and solutions for future reference
• Support ERP testing and upgrades when needed
