We are looking for a
highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant
to join our team and provide exceptional support to senior management.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in
coordinating Board of Directors meetings
, managing executive schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize Board and executive meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.

Handle confidential correspondence and maintain executive and board records.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for senior management.

Manage executives’ calendars, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.

Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
