ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administrative & executive support including:

  • Scheduling

  • Travel coordination: Process bookings and create itineraries

  • Answering calls

  • Calendar and email inbox management

  • Website management, social media prompts, and blog posts

  • Assist with special projects by coordinating resources and create dashboards to track project progress

  • Assist with HR goal completion tracking, metrics, and task follow up

  • Prepare documents for meetings, binders, agendas, and minutes

  • Speak in front of groups and moderate group discussions

  • Uphold strict confidentiality

  • Maintain and manage documents/records that may contain confidential information with appropriate discretion

  • Assist with editing/filing, online file management, and organization

  • Submit expense reports

  • Attend and lead corporate events as needed

  • Process lunch orders as needed

  • Drive proactive resolution of operational issues or challenges

  • Assist with tracking licensure

  • Support proofreading documents as needed

  • Assist with mail services

  • Able to operate and use various computer systems

  • Assist with maintaining office supply inventories

  • Utilize strong attention to detail when completing tasks

  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles supporting upper management

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
