Role:
Executive & Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive calendar, inbox, and travel management for multiple SLT members

Coordinate complex schedules across global time zones; anticipate conflicts and resolve proactively
-
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership meetings
-
Act as primary point of contact between SLT members and internal/external stakeholders

Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, handling matters independently where appropriate
Meetings & Events
-
Organize and manage leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsites (virtual and in-person)

Prepare meeting packs, record minutes, and follow up on action items
-
Coordinate regional and global leadership events and town halls
Travel & Expense Management
-
Arrange complex international travel, visas, accommodations, and itineraries

Handle expense reports in line with company policies and ensure timely submissions
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
-
Build strong working relationships with senior executives, direct reports, and global teams

Liaise confidently with external partners, clients, and vendors
-
Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Process & Operational Excellence

Streamline administrative processes and improve efficiencies wherever possible

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by SLT members
Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
-
7–10+ years of experience
as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (preferably multiple leaders)

Proven experience in a multinational organization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
-
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
