Executive Front Desk Operations (Female)

Age: 20 - 28 Years

Education: Bachelors

Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Only Ex-Bank Officers or Multi National Companies CV's will be entertained, teachers not preferred.

Job Description:

1. Visitor Management:

Attend to walk-in-customers arriving in the main hall. Listen to their queries and concerns and respond to them accordingly.

(2). Coordination:

Assist HR by guiding job applicants to the relevant department or interview room

(3). Maintain basic records of candidates cv's and handover to HR

(4). Guest Management:

Welcome office guests and guide them accordingly

(5). Retention Support:

Assist the customer retention team by managing simple queries or follow-ups with customers.

(6). Retain Disconnections:

Try to retain users who request disconnection by addressing their concerns and offer suitable solutions. In case the customer refuses to continue the service then task is assigned to concerned team for disconnectlon

(7). Hardware Replacement and Package Upgrade:

Offer new device replacement and package upgrade to customers with old devices.

(8). Send Bill to OTT Users:

Send monthly billing statements to the OTT users via email.

(9). Email Response:

Reply to emails from OTT users regarding their complaints or queries.

(10). Create New Users

Create new users in DB2, BT online and ORACLE

(11). Create Leads

Create leads for walk-in-customers interested in new connections and forward them to the relevant depaltment.

(12). Complaints and Request Handling:

Log complaints for walk-in-customers, check their status and update the customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
