We are looking for a driven and field-oriented Executive – Sales & Merchant Acquiring who has hands-on experience in merchant onboarding, POS deployment, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential merchants through field visits and referrals
• Onboard merchants and coordinate POS (Point of Sale) deployment
• Manage and grow existing merchant relationships by increasing transaction volumes
• Educate merchants on PaySa’s products, services, and value proposition
• Ensure smooth merchant activation and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded merchants, and performance
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• 14 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in merchant acquiring, POS sales, or fintech/banking sales
• Strong field sales and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term merchant relationships
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field

Work Location & Timings

• Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
• Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (PKST)
• Work Mode: In-person
