Assist in designing, planning, and executing training & development programs across the organization.

Support training needs assessment, learning plans, and employee development activities.

Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, orientations, and internal learning events.

Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and employee development data.

Prepare training reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.

Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback analysis and performance indicators.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify skill gaps and support learning initiatives.

Contribute to building a supportive learning culture within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
