Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
• Communicate clearly and confidently with international clients
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
• Build long-term, positive customer relationships

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in an International Call Center
• Fluent spoken English (Neutral / American / British accent preferred)
• Minimum Intermediate / A-Levels / Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, listening & negotiation skills
• Punctual, reliable, and target-oriented
