Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and experienced English Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent command over the English language and 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for communicating with international clients, handling queries, and meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/Receive inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients in fluent English.
• Maintain a positive attitude and build relationships with customers.
• Keep accurate records of conversations and sales/leads.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an International Call Center or similar role.
• Language: Fluent in spoken English (Neutral or American/British accent preferred).
• Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor’s.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
