Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales or leasing, strong market knowledge, and the ability to manage clients professionally from first contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a strong pipeline of clients
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Manage the full sales or leasing cycle independently
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, new developments, and market shifts
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
