Responsibilities:

Running Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns

Monitoring and optimizing daily ad performance

Planning and posting social media content

Conducting competitor analysis and researching market trends

Generating leads through paid advertisements

Preparing monthly marketing reports

Managing campaign budgets

Coordinating with the team on marketing strategies

Requirements:

On-site presence is mandatory (Remote work not allowed)

Basic to advanced knowledge of digital marketing

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Creative mindset with awareness of current trends

Ability to meet daily and monthly marketing targets
