Position Head of F&B Operations
Department: Food & Beverage
Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
Job Summary:
The Head of F&B Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational excellence, profitability, and strategic direction of all F&B outlets within the company. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen, proven operational expertise, and the ability to drive high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to all F&B outlets.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth across outlets.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and teams to achieve business goals and maintain high employee engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15 and

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams effectively.
