Job Description:

TAB DEVELOPERS is looking for an energetic sales person to join our growing team. The role is all about building strong client relationships, generating new business, and driving sales growth in the real estate corporate market. Our office is located in Lahore Cantt next to Mall of Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for vertical apartment sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment needs.
  • Conduct property presentations, tours, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on projects to brief investors.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have 3-5 years of sales experience in the real estate corporate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Hold a Bechlor's Degree
